RV LIFE – December 4, 2014 – Bah! Humbug

BahHumbug hat
Ho! Ho! BLAH!

Anyone else feeling this way this year?  I don’t know what it is??  Perhaps both of us being so sick and “missing” Thanksgiving could have a part in it.  Missing out on the family togetherness, the football, the grazing all day, just didn’t kick-start the season like it usually does.

The Little House!
Our Rig!

I want so much to get out of this funk and get into the holiday spirit.  Maybe we should put up our massive Christmas tree in the house, or even better, decorate the ‘little house’.  That’s what our grandson, Dean calls our fifth wheel.

RV LIFE – December 2, 2014 – The worst creeping crud ever!

Ahh. Soup is good food!

Have any of you been hit with this illness yet?  I’m not saying that this is the ‘official’ scientific name for it, but it sure describes it!

Both of us have been sick for weeks now.  Been to the docs (more than once) and have been on multiple meds.  We eat pretty healthy, so don’t think that will fix ya!  Have even had heavy doses of Jewish Penicillin – aka: chicken soup and matzah-ball soup and still nothing is doing the trick!

Lori had her flu shot almost a month ago… hmmm… sure FEELS like a strain of the flu.

Hope you all are well and being able to enjoy the holiday season!
