Ride Along To Lake Havasu, Arizona
RV Living is fun when it all goes according to plan, right? We leave the Lake Mead area and head to Lake Havasu Gravel Pit, which is just south of Havasu about 3 miles or so on the east side of HWY 95. It’s BLM with 14 Day Camping. A great place to stop for the night (as we did) or even for the 14 day stay cause Havasu has everything you might need!
Is Our RV Falling Apart?
RV Living is fun, exciting and never a problem, right? WRONG! With our rig, we have 3 slide outs and have an issue with the passenger side slide motor. We KNOW it’s the motor, have a new one that is MUCH slower RPM but much more TORQUE. Thanks to our great friends @JustPassingThru NEXT EXIT’s Bob and Pearl, we got the old motor out after several hours and the new on installed and working perfectly! Have you ever had a slide motor stop working on your rig? Do you even have any slides? Let us know!
Ride Along To Boulder Beach Campground
RV Living has us leaving our Boondockers Welcome location in Pahrump, Nevada and heading to Boulder Beach Campground at Lake Mead just outside of Las Vegas for a week or so. And the temps are VERY WARM. Almost hot. Okay. IT IS HOT! 90 for daytime highs! WHEW!!!
