Valley of Fire is a Nevada State Park known for its stunning red sandstone rock formations which illuminate the valley—especially at sunset—making it look appear as though it’s on fire. This was our first visit to this Nevada State Park and we can’t wait to go back for another visit and actually do some hiking!

Does It Really Get Windy On Snowbird Mesa?
We finally made it to Moapa Valley the home of Criss Angels Restaurant and the famous SNOWBIRD MESA! Did we happen to mention that everyone told us it would get windy at times? ALL THE TIME!!! LOL! Still Moving South For The Winter?
We’ve never been here. Willow Beach on the Colorado River. Part of the Lake Meade Recreation Area. And it was so quiet! In fact, our phones never rang once! Of course there was NO CELL or INTERNET service. And we LOVED it for a couple days.
