RV LIFE – Saturday Coffee Chat

Here’s something new we are going to try out, a Saturday morning chat! Just a review of the previous week, stuff like where we are, what we’ve been up to, what we’re looking forward to…and even take some questions from you!  So here’s our first Saturday Coffee Chat, in our robes as we just get up and head straight for the coffee and the camera! Oh and if you have any questions, ask away on our you tube channel!

RV LIFE – Palm Springs to Boondockers Welcome to Bakersfield Drive

Come along with us on our drive from Palm Springs area as we start heading north for the spring and summer season! First stop was a new experience for us, as we joined Boondockers Welcome since we now have solar to power us along the road!  Since there was a storm with strongs winds expected we only stayed one night on our way to Bakersfield to visit with our daughter and her family.

RV LIFE – Got Propane? Got Pizza? Got Milk?

With two refrigerators in our TALOW/5th wheel, we go through about 20 pounds of propane every 6 to 6 1/2 days. We keep 4 tanks with us, and try to have at least 2 full at all times.  While staying on Tom Wells Road boondocking, it was time to head to town and fill up 2 of the tanks.

We head to Quartzsite for some propane and decided to stop for pizza at SILLY AL’S PIZZA & WINGS and then the search for fat free milk for Tom!
