We’re helping out the neighbors while they are gone out of town for Christmas too! They have chickens and goats that need taken care of so we feed and let them out in the morning, and feed and put them to bed at sunset. And what do ya know…Christmas Eve SNOW!
Well we couldn’t have scripted this any better! Snow on the first day of winter! 🙂 Not a lot, just a dusting. However, starting Friday into Christmas Eve, we are supposed to get a big storm through here, dropping around 4 inches of snow in the valley with as much as 2-3 FEET up on top around Lake Tahoe! WOO-HOO!
Free food is good, right? And Denny’s free breakfast on your birthday is GREAT! YUM!
UH-OH…we broke a wheel on the truck. Have no idea how it happened. Went to check the air and saw the crack in one of the spokes. Had trouble finding one that was AFFORDABLE that fit too! Got one online and it didn’t fit, sent it back for full refund, found another and it should be here just before the first of the new year…let’s hope!
One of the best reasons we love full-timing in our RV is that we get to spend some quality time with our grand-kids now. Not just a quick day trip or weekend to see them, but some real fun quality time! Crazy fun time with them making Christmas ornaments!
