RV LIFE – Cypress Grove RV Park Tour

As we keep heading north on the I-5, finally out of California (!), and after our leaf springs repair in Medford, Oregon we ended up for one night in Gold Hill, Oregon at the Cypress Grove RV Park, a quaint very small park with…again, very tight overnight spots. There were a lot of ‘permanent’ rv’s in this park.

RV LIFE – Kit Fox RV Park Tour

Kit Fox RV Park in Patterson, California is a good overnight stop if you’re traveling along I-5 in the Central Valley.  But that’s about it…sites are VERY TIGHT…however it is a Passport America park which means rates are 50% off.

RV LIFE – Harris Ranch Dry Camping

On our journey north to Oregon, we stopped for a quick overnight dry-camping opportunity at Harris Ranch at I-5 & Hwy 198 in the Central Valley of California.  It’s a great place to spend the night for free!  They have a huge gravel/dirt lot right next to the place, along with fuel pumps, Tesla charging stations and even a large area for dog walking with poopie bags provided!  Of course if you stay for free, you’ll want to at least eat in one of their restaurants or visit the gift shop, which by the way has great chocolates, cookies and pies!
